Return and Resolution Policy

https://beyondpackaging.us provides contact, support, and other service solutions according to each customer’s requirements.

If delivered services do not meet the customer’s specifications or are defective in ways not defined prior to production, a free resolution of the order will be provided.

The defect will be assessed by Beyond Packaging’s management team under the following conditions:

  • Customers must inform Beyond Packaging at contact@beyondpackaging.us within 3 working days of receiving the service, along with digital evidence of the defective service.
  • The full documentation must be submitted back within 7 working days at the customer’s expense, along with proper documentation.
  • All charges/fees are non-refundable.
